Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing MoodGoing. We are committed to delivering high-quality travel and business experiences. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read the following Refund Policy carefully.


1. General Policy

MoodGoing operates on a customized service model. Most of our products are tailor-made to your itinerary, travel dates, group size, and personal preferences. As such, our refund policy differs from standard product returns.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must contact our customer service team directly:

  • Subject: Refund Request – [Your Full Name / Order Number]

  • Include: Reason for refund, order ID, service details, and any supporting documents

Our support team will respond within 2–5 business days to confirm receipt and request any additional information if needed.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and depend on:

  • The type of service purchased (holiday travel, business visit, etc.)

  • The amount of notice given prior to service start date

  • Any third-party costs already incurred (e.g., hotel, transportation, activity bookings)

  • Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions)

4. Refund Tiers

Unless otherwise specified in your individual service contract or quotation, the following general tiers apply:

  • 30+ days prior to start date: Up to 80% refundable (after deductions)

  • 15–29 days prior: Up to 50% refundable

  • 7–14 days prior: Up to 25% refundable

  • <7 days or no-show: Non-refundable

Note: All refunds are subject to a minimum administrative processing fee of USD $50 or equivalent.

5. Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Visa application support or embassy document preparation

  • Customized itinerary planning fees

  • Non-cancellable third-party bookings (including peak season hotel or airline bookings)

  • Services already rendered at the time of refund request

6. Processing of Approved Refunds

Once your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–15 business days

  • You will receive an official refund confirmation email with transaction reference

7. Changes and Rescheduling

If you wish to reschedule instead of cancel, we may offer flexible rebooking options depending on supplier availability. Please contact customer support as early as possible.
